They stole my sunglasses, they cratches my rear bumper of my E320 and on side of my ML350. I had to brought my E320 back 5 times for them for replace my cd changer. Last week my sun roof made loud noise while I'm driving the car. I brought the car in for service and they put tool on my wood trim. It cratches so badly. I called the manager and he told me brought the car in so he can take a look. When I brought my car in, he said "our policies we don't put tool on leather seat or the wood trim. He said he doesn't think my tech will do this. So he blame on me, I love my car I take my car. Why should I cratches? Make no sense at all. Anyway I wanted to let you guys know don't ever buy car or bring your in Beshoff for service. Honda deal or Lexus Dealer is doing better job than Beshoff dealer.
