El dia viernes 15/07, mi esposa fue a recojer a mi hijo a la linea fronteriza y pensando en darle una sorpresa a mi hijo por su viaje de 2 semanas en mexico, estaciono el carro en el Jack in the Box de San Isidro, y de regreso poder comprarle una amburgesa a mi hijo, no se tardaria ni 10 minutos en recojer a mi hijo, pero cual fue su sorpresa que cuando llego al Jack in the Box ya no estaba su carro, se lo llevaron los de F&S Towing, paso serca de 15 minutos cuando se hacerca una persona y le dice le hablan por telefono, mi esposa llorando con mi hijo de 4 aos asustado y llorando tambien, preguntandole a mi esposa nos robaron el carro mama..!!! Contesta el telefono y le dice seora la estamos viendo por las camaras y vemos que esta con un nio, venga por su carro y se lo vamos a regresar pero me imagino que tiene dinero verdad? Le pregunto el del Towing, traigase $335 dlls y se lo lleva. Se dirige hasta otay por el, gracias a un seor muy buena gente que la ayudo al ver la decesperacion de mi esposa y ver a mi hijo que no dejaba de llorar, claro asustado.
Llegan a F & S Towing y le dice el seor no le vamos a poder entregar el carro porque esta a nombre de otra persona, que es lo logico creo yo verdad?
Pero la persona de ahi una persona muy crocera y despota que trato a mi esposa de una forma muy humillante le dijo, bueno deme los $335 dlls y saque su carro ahorita y le habrio la reja, y le dijo pero rapido y mi esposa le dijo me puede dar un recibo y esta persona que no se quizo identificar ni dar su nombre le dijo no como quieres que te de recibo si te estoy dejando que saques el carro. Estoy seguro que estas personas estan haciendo fraude, no reportan el dinero cobrado orque te lo piden cash, y no reportan el cargo, se repartiran el dinero entre ellos junto con los del Jack in the Box? Me interesa demandar a estas personas y ocupo mas testigos que pasaron lo mismo que mi esposa. Creo que ya es ya no es posible esto aparte de no reportar el cobro al IRS.De seguro..!
