David L. Shelburg David Shelburg took $25000 from me with a Chinese car franchise offer that he never delivered on

In July my brother and I traveled to Scottsdale AZ to meet with David Shelburg to discuss purchasing a franchise territory for a Chinese vehicle that he claimed to have North American import rights. Nothing ever came of it and to this day I believe that the whole thing was a ripoff.

I believe that all he wanted was our money and everything else was smoke and mirrors.
