I sold my 2008 Toyota Corolla to Faulkner for $10,000. Car was still under the financing agreement with Toyota financial service and the pay off amount at the time was $5,420.00. So I should be getting a check from Faulkner for the difference of $4,580. But my check was for only $4,251. When I inquired about it I was told that my pay off amount was $5,700. I contacted Toyota Financial Services and pulled up an account history which clearly indicates that Faulkner paid $5,420 to the company.
So, they cheated me out of $328.41. If you think of doing business with them, I will have to advice against it. Please do not take your business there. There are plenty other Toyota dealerships in Philadelphia area.
