I was on Troy hwy. Making a turn onto Virginia loop road in montgomery, al and my light was green when I made my move right before the light switched to yellow. When I got right onto the road, the driver failed to yield the right of way onto a service rd. And I hit the back side of her car. When the police arrived and asked questions as to what happened, the driver (female) lied and said that her light was. The officer later determined that it was her fault. So I contacted her insurance (Travelers) and after the adjuster reviewed the police report she decided to deny my claim.
I didn't even know that my claim was denied because i called the adjuster several times and I couldn't reach her (elizabeth fowler), when she did answered she hung up on me twice. I called the main office and they told me that they were trying to collect from my own insurance company and i asked why and they said it was because my claim was denied. So I decided to call the adjuster in the first hour of her work time, she answered, then she told me that she denied my claim. I asked her why, and she responded with some ridiculous sh*t that the accident was 1 percent my fault because I could have stopped the accident. So I decided to get a lawyer.
