Soft Touch Moving and Storage was scheduled to arrive Saturday July 9 to pick up my household to move to Austin TX. They didn't show, they didn't return any phone calls, all phone numbers for the company and APOLLO VAN LINES went to an aswering service who said they would forward my calls. Still no answer. Calling the police in Glendale NY to find out if they're a real company and what I can do to get my deposit back. Don't use them!
