Grievances division hasn't been useful in solving my grievances or discovering my baggage they dropped in Amaillo, TX. Greyhound demands that clients maintain cost of the baggage, however in Amarillo, Texas, I had been pushed in to the stop and refused acess to my luggage for move. Actually pushed and screamed at.
