I've been waiting patiently for a reason or apology for that scenario of my last trip with Swiss atmosphere (2nd event of the final six months)
This time around, I arranged a trip from Ohio-Zurich and from Zurich to Stuttgart. After 9 hours trip, I acquired to Zurich and my flight to Stuttgart was terminated, since there is insufficient people appropriately to Swiss to help make the flight (Therefore 25 individuals roughly were move to Stuttgart by coach contributing to my 9 hrs flight 5 hours more) to get a whole of 14-hour to get a move from Ohio to Stuttgart Germany.
I had been provided no clarification, but the greatest and fasted method to reach Stuttgart was by 3 hours coach trip, including 2 hours of waiting...
I'm requesting a full refund of my journey asap... I want it by recently, and that i enjoy your prompt reply, i settled to make the journey to stuttgard (germany by jet not by coach)
This Is Actually The next scenario that occurs in my experience with Swiss, last moment I had been compelled to pay for a distinction in cash since among your brokers created an error and charged me less cash he must!
Being an apology Exercise provided me 5,000 kilometers that we happily decrease and requested them to maintain it...
I'll go upon myself to publish in virtually any site in US, so just how INEXPERIENCED SWISS FLIGHT IS... We're used-to a different type of customer support and that I believe the National community deserves to understand.
