Hertz rent a car
American car solutions hertz gave my credit card info to american traffic solutions and charged my card

Ented a car from hertz rental, 11 days later a charged showed up on my credit card.
Never even heard of the company american traffic solutions. How can a company ive never even
heard of charge my credit card.
