Juan Not a proper diagnosis on car, over charged, half a

Car broke down in front of shop asked for a diagnosis. They charged for not being able to read the diagnosis properly. L They needed to replace the vacuum and they just glued it back on and charged for that. Next day car broke down again and wanted to recharge for another diagnosis.
