I own 2 Jaguar cars (S Type 2005 Chassis No. SAJAA01A75JN45141 and XK-R type 2008 Chassis No. SAJAA44G589B20274) bought through the Jaguar Dealer in Dubai – U.A.E. The XK-R is a custom made car ordered in March and received in September. Two weeks after receiving the car, I had complain due to the raise in the engine temperature, the car reported to the dealer and they have change the radiator due to manufacturer defect.

After that I had Water leakage from the AC dripping on the foot compartment of the front passenger side, the dealer repair the same twice. The car is fully maintained in the dealer work shop. 6 month ago while receiving the car from the dealer workshop I have seen the dash board inflated in one side and in the same time I have leakage from the soft top of the car around the rear glass and on the front driver and passenger sides. When I have reported to them they said the car is out of warranty.

I would request your kind advice if the Jaguar life average is three years only, so I have to switch to another make which is much cheaper and it is long lasting. Therefore you are requested to instruct your dealer in Dubai to take the necessary action to repair the dash board and replace the soft top of the car for free of charge. Please note that the cars are parked in a closed parking since day one.
