Maurice darvin lopez paula hogan was selling a car inwhich i was buying and it is a scam and they got my money and i did not get a car

I was scamed out of 2480.00 by paula hogan claiming to be selling her car. I sent the money to ebay vehicle purchase program to a agent name maurice darvin lopez and it all a scam. I do not know how i can get my money back so im reporting this scam to you. Is there any why you can help me.
