2 useless, Probably hacked, discs no feed back from company finally got cash back via No check's

Hi Bought 2 cd's of these guys. Completely useless unless you are an experienced hacker (I'm not, they are) left loads of messages via their 'Live' help line no joy finally got my cash back via No chex (think that's how ya spell it)
