I bought an AC condenser for my vehicle from Rock-Auto in May.in under two years, the condenser had corroded out and all the refrigerant was eliminated. I named Rock-Auto customer support and was informed that because the provider have been "purchased out", the unique guarantee was no further appropriate. How is that this my issue? I'm out not just $100 to get a new condenser, but one more $150 to get a recharge in a store. After investing a great $1000approximately therein the previous year or two, I'm done. I'd have already been pleased with a credit on the fresh component, however they didn't provide something, zero. They do not stay behind their item.
