I had been extremely excited by being employed by Virgin America Airlines, but which was temporary. They do not let you know about their EXTREME instruction until after your are employed. Virgin's slogan is "Raise, Produce Wow, and Start to Become Virgin" non which they are doing due to their workers. During instruction you have to move each check with 90% or greater (makes sense), should you crash a check you've the choice of retaking a check three times, however, you must-pass with 100PERCENT (again makes sense). Exactly what doesnot seem sensible is the fact that most of the concerns are technique concerns and solutions need to be precise. (indicating no mis spellings are measured as incorrect after being informed spelling will not be a problem, they request a function solution once they need a declaration solution and several additional issues with instruction). Which means this in my experience isn't Raising new workers to achieve success. The pay is reduced for that which you need to undergo and simply not worth the work. They run with risks and shock tactics. Again, not making wow, or raising anybody. The only real accurate assertion concerning the slogan is "Be Virgin" which merely means consider their misuse while employed by the corporation. Please rethink your choices when trying to get Virgin American Airlines. A genuine frustration!
