Switched my 2 good tires for 2 bald tires

I had bought 4 new Goodyear tires a few years prior (have receipt). Brought my car in for brake service. Several weeks after I picked up my car, I noticed I had 2 good Goodyear tires and 2 very bald Michelin tires.
