Dan Johnson, John Restreto I told him I was on a fixed income (ssd) he told me to pay 166.05 down. No Scooter!

I resceived an e-mail advertising a free Los Vagas trip with a purchas of an Iscoot. I responded and was contacted and charged 166.05 for a black scooter. I was promised a Vagas trip. I didn't resceive either one.
