After cancelling my policy, I received a pro-rated bill. The bill included a $77 installment fee, a $30 cancellation fee, and a $30 collection fee. These fees are outside the normal premium fees for any prior billing cycle. The bill read, "If payment is not received in our office by March 29, we will place your account with an outside collection agency. We also reserve the right to place this outstanding debt on your credit bureau report and to notify the Division of Motor Vehicles in your State." I receive the bill on 17 March.
