Poor Customer Service

Our vehicle is inside to get a $1000 gas pump work they need me to cover regardless of the vehicle not operating right based on the supervisor Warren Hand. David the client support man who never understands the clear answer to any sensible concerns like, "What Is wrong using the vehicle?" or "What's the price break up for that work?" hurts too! Greenbrook GMC, has horrible customer support interval

This Is Actually The second-time I've needed to provide my vehicle for this seller for a problem they did not solve.in October I'd the provide my vehicle in twice to get a headlight problem. The very first time they "mounted" it, the statement was $275 for work. The 2nd period 3 months later, I introduced it in for that same problem which period the statement was $700 bucks since based on "Greenbrook GMC" they set one-part of the lighting the very first time BUT this time around it had been "another thing" wrong using the same headlight. Actually this time around, I really cables arping within the splash! Cheers for that electric fireplace waiting to occur "Greenbrook GMC".

So back for this criticism and issue I'm presently coping with "Greenbrook GMC". The platinum emblazoned gas pump work that's charging $1000 is total, just based on the Support Director Warren Hand the vehicle is miss-firing. This could be clear easily hadnot been "guaranteed" by David, "the client support man who never understands something" this $1000 work might have me-up and operating or he'd "consume the price." Today after 3 times of backwards and forwards, the vehicle continues to be sitting there. Not taken care of and certainly will not be taken care of before vehicle is operating the way in which it's been operating daily going back 6 years.

The purpose of demonstration is the fact that they've currently billed me $123.50 to get a diagnostic check that I originally decided to. To include insult to damage they need me to pay for them another $123.50 to determine what's evoking the vehicle to miss-fire. Can it be the vehicle hardly ever really required the gas pump when I told them after I introduced it in, as my technician of 9 years examined the gas push for pressure just before me towing it to "GMC in Greenbrook NJ" and unearthed that it'd 50 lbs of stress, "wherever it is designed to try out at?" Who knows?

I suppose we simply keep enjoying this backwards and forwards sport till it gets solved or they get prosecuted. Main point here is if you like a GMC DO NOT visit Greenbrook GMC on Route 22 East, VISIT ANOTHER GMC!!! If you don't also wish to cope with unreturned telephone calls, needing to be moved again and again to obtain the client support representative who you trusted along with your automobile, simply to be requested to "abandon a note."

Btw I'm still awaiting a phone in the "area expert" who's designed to contact me within 24 hours. That contract is likely to be nearing within the next handful of hours. Based on Warren Hand there's no body else who I will keep in touch with about that problem since his chef whoever that's, is in Florida so he is "in charge."

So here is the kicker: GMC who'd the audacity to make use of tax-payer income to remain profitable does not a lot of worry about everyone that attempts to patronize their company and purchase their goods. This is the concept I am removing and that would be the concept anytime some actually describes purchasing a car in my experience. I assure I'm not the only real individual to possess this sort of problem with GMC in Greenbrook NJ. These WORKERS may oneday be with no employment after which they'll enjoy the things they have planted, poor ways, rude conversation and common insufficient customer support capabilities.individuals who consider their careers without any consideration can get the things they deserve ultimately.
