November 4: Engine on Saturn dies, call Caylor for help. Caylor tows Saturn to his house, and diagnoses head failure, requiring repair.
November 6: Caylor requests $500 to purchase the parts necessary to repair the engine.
November 10: Caylor decides that the engine is not repairable, and that a complete engine replacement is necessary. No parts have been purchased.
December 4: Caylor has done nothing to the car. Car was towed from Caylor's house to Sarasota, where another mechanic completed the job, removing the engine, and replacing it.
December 4 through March 3: Repeated attempts to contact Caylor failed – no return of numerous phone calls and emails. Caylor was contacted personally at this house, when he refused to discuss the matter.
