I'd two funds quit on my prior Subaru agreement, therefore, I rented a brand new vehicle from Maple Shade Mazda in Maple Color, NJ and was informed my prior vehicle rent could be reduced included in the sales settlement. Well, it wasnt and today I've two individual vehicle payments this month. I named Maple Shade Mazda to discover what occurred and that I was informed, (in to not good of the tone) that I decided to one cost just, not paying down another vehicle when I was told from the salesman and also the general manager. This reaction originated from the revenue supervisor, John Golin. The overall director, Adam Dimmerman won't return some of my telephone calls, that leads me to think this can be a sales strategy. (I've bought/rented many vehicles previously and that I could confirm the GM may usually contact you back, particularly, if you should be a person of this dealer). Like a customer investing in a item in great faith and anticipating that in exchange, personally I think I had been lied to and robbed to be able to create the purchase, then overlooked. Mazda USA Company, appears to seemingly excuse this exercise, since after hearing my criticism, these were not prepared to provide me any help. I thought I had been coping with a trustworthy organization, but I don't experience in this way today. I truly anticipated them to assist me get this to right.
PS - on 11/11/10, I published a great overview of this car-dealer at www.dealerrater.com, because of the proven fact that I had been approached twice from the salesperson managing my buy, Ryan Gruber, and requested to do this this the moment feasible (having a free oil-change whilst the offer).
