He's a fast talkin swindler who loves to take advantage of unknowledgable women. Dont trust anything he says!

Jay erikson of toth auto group llc is a lier and a manipulator. He talks fast and changes his phrasing so much its hard to fallow whats going on. Other wepons in his arsinal are giving copies ofpaper work that are unledgeable and not copied properly.

This man is such a swindler that he toldmehow he cheats his credit union to pull more than his daily maximum. After Itried it he sentme out to try another ATM. As if $500.00 isnt enough for a deposit on a used piece of junk.

Upon taking a test drive jay tells me that the knocking is because the oil is dirty and would stop with an oil chang. I was denied getting on the freeway or taking the car to a michanic on my test drive. I was told I could have a michanic look at the car on the lot. How can you get a complete inspection without a shop tools and equipment?

After an oil change the car blew up. I took it back to the lot where jay told me I couldnt leave the car there or he would have it towed. I had to have my boss come and get me. My manager spoke to his boss and told him I have rights and there is plenty of room on the lot and he is taking me to my shift.

At work I called the attorney generals office and the oregon state bar. After getting a call from the generals office he call my employers corperate officed and filed a complaint against me and my general manager. This is the kind of person he is vindictive and slanderous.

Iwas givin 10 days to have a michanic look at the car and at dealers descresion to rebuild or refund and after two ASE certified michanics and a break and muffler specialist looked at it it needed a new motor. The car is worthless and he is know refusing to uphold his end of the contract.

I told him that the motor is blown and it doesnt take a geneus to know that andIam afraid ofa rod blowing through the motor and bouncing back up through the floor and intomy leg. Then he says Im not a michanic.

Realy not a mechinac then how could you say with confidence an oil change would fix the noise in the motor. Why did you push a consumer to commit fraud if that doesnt show fair business and trade practice I dont know what does. If toth auto group did this to you call the attorneys general and the oregon state bar. They must be stoped.
