Payment protection plan activation

I recently tried to activate our "cost protection plan" advantages provided by stonebridge advantages services that i bought from capital one auto-finance. I had been directed by capital one auto finance to visit the stonebridge advantage support's web site to activate my state. I had been unable to register and activate our "cost protection plan" since based on stonebridge advantages providers, my account is invalid and that i don't occur.
