Do not do your taxes w / motorcar concepts!!!
Motorcar Concepts adviced me to do my tax return w / them to use the money for the downpayment. They filed my husband and I jointly but failed to repor my husband's earnings for that year, in order to get a larger return and make a sale. They did not notify me of this. A year and a half later, I get a letter from the IRS that we did not report all earnigs that year.
Thanks to Motorcar Concepts, now we owe the IRS almost $6,000! I tried to get them to help me resolve this problem, all they did was pretty much tell me "You signed. Your problem." They were unable to provide me w / the tax preparers information. Conveniently enough. The manager (Gary) was very nasty and unprofessional. This has been a very stressful ordeal for me and my family.
I had to work out a payment plan w / the IRS in order for them not to garnish my wages, not to mention kiss my refund this year goodbye. Thanks alot Motorcar concepts.
