Our initial rental with car2go was a catastrophe. I came across a car on the car person near 290 and Ben White and visited get the vehicle. After I achieved the place, I came across the vehicle... Behind a private wall. I named customer support who explained the vehicle wasn't said to be behind the fencing. Our completely new card had no impact after I put it alongside the audience. Nada. Called customer support again. The CSR explained that my new card mustn't be operating and that I would need to visit work to obtain it changed. It's today after 9pm in east Austin and fortunately, the buddy who had been falling me down in the vehicle had waited after my first difficulty, or I'd have now been stuck there. Used to donot think the CSR that it had been the problem of my card because there have been no lamps about the card viewer illuminating... Appeared such as the card audience was damaged in my experience. Therefore my buddy forced me to another nearest vehicle... That was nearly near... More than 5 miles away... Would not have now been a pleasing stroll had I'd to do this. Which means this one ultimately worked and that I got an automobile for that period I desired it that evening. Therefore the next evening, I chose to try again. Acquired an automobile within the parking lot of the CVS on South Congress and Oltorf. Went downtown for that nighttime and at the conclusion of the night time, place the vehicle back wherever I'd discovered it hrs earlier within the same place. Which was the training my momma taught me. After dealing with a large amount of trouble with my charge card organization which eventually brought me needing to record my charge card as stolen and stop it to be able to prevent further costs, I've ended my account with car2go and certainly will not be with them again.
