Have rented from budget before without any problem. I hired an automobile in the airport on tues (11-2-10). After i got to vehicle, i observed there is a half waterbottle in back floor panel, there clearly was lawn in floorboards. But i did not be worried about it, simply needed to begin. I bring the vehicle back on saturday (11-6-10). Published the usage along, switched anything directly into counter worker (an extended hair hippie), obtained my reciept and left. The guy never went to confirm vehicle. I had been in parking lot for atleast 10 minutes before making. Check my bank account on friday (11-8-10), the rental fee was taken out, not a problem. Check my bank account today and notice there's one more 275.00 removed by budget. I contact and the girl tells me that it says on pc, that there is empty cigarette pack with ashes left in car. I show her that i do not smoke and it wasn't quit thereby me. She tells me to contact supervisor "eddie" each morning. And trust me, he'll be seeing me first part of day. That car was dirty after i first got it, its nothing like i examine every area and looked under the seats for what might have been left by previous tenant. But there likely to attempt to stick me with the price. The manager will sometimes repair this issue or i'll beat my bank afterwards having that cost declined from my account. I'll challenge this, not likely to lay down for this type of garbage. These folks have to go check these vehicles while last tenant remains, in the place of sitting on the lazy asses rather than doing their work.
