Sells a wrecked 2010 Chevy Impala as new without disclosing any prior salvage.

Noticed the paint was chipping in the front end. Also, under the hood, some screws were obviously messed with. 2 screws rusted as if they had lost the originals & just used some they found in the shop.
After taking the car to the dealership, they confirmed that it had been repainted. Also, they stated that they didn't know it was wrecked when they sold it. However, it appeared they picked the car out in a suspicious manner, when it was bought. As if they were trying to get rid of the car on someone they felt was an easy target.
