Freaking A. I have never peen so pissed off in my life. How hard and long does it take to take out a nail off a tire? 5 minutes minimum, 10 minutes max? Well guess what this f*cking place took 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I took my car here initially because most places because it was nearby my house. Told the fat ass philipino receptionist lady i want to take out a nail off my front tire. Quoted me 15 dollars. Ok kind of high since most places i know will do it for $10. So i wait and wait noticing customers are coming in and to my surprise there mechanics are working on their car! So I'm like what in the bloody hell are they doing that is so important that they get to go first. I went around to the back where I can see my car and noticed the hood of my car was open with the mechanic are doing some kind of full inspection of my car.
WOW! I did not know i asked for that. All i remember telling them was SPECIFICALLY to TAKE OUT A NAIL IN MY TIRE! But I guess their english is so poor, they thought I told them " PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO INSPECT MY CAR FOR ANYTHING WRONG SO I CAN FORK OUT WHATEVER AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU ASK FOR TO FIX SOMETHING I DON'T NEED FIXED BECAUSE I'M IGNORANT AND DON'T KNOW ANYTHING"
This place is a BIG rip off. They have multiple signs and advertisement that you will most likely and probably miss the one that is poorly handwritten as if it was from a 1st grader that reads "CASH ONLY! 20.00 minimum for credit card". I had to run my ass down to the local Walgreen across the block cause their poor cheap ass won't take credit card unless you get ripped off by them first which they will LOVE so you can spend your hard earned money for repairs that you probably don't need initially so you can support their luxurious lifestyle. Obviously they aren't doing to well on that plan cause they dress like complete shit. Even the mechanics in uniform look better than their donated clothes with coffee stains in them from Goodwill.
The car i took in was for my sister and it was a 2009 Corolla with about 10K miles. So after getting pissed off waiting for nearly 40 minutes. I asked them how much longer is it going to take to get the nail out of my tire. Guy or owner with glasses tells me to go in and he's asking me in a lecherous tone that my car has reached 10,000 miles and that it is important and imperative that I let them do an inspection and a 10,000 mileage work on the car. So basically, I blame myself because I did not act like a dickhead or raised hell like Stone Cold Steve Austin. The minute he took me in there to waste my time and ask me if i wanted them to do all these shit that I didn't ask them to do. I felt like knocking out his idiot look in his face so hard and watch his dentures fly out of his mouth and in mid-air. To top it off, they said it will take 10 minutes to take out the nail. Did it take 10 minutes? HELL NO, it took them 20 minutes. I guess they didn't know how to do it so they probably had to go on youtube to look for some self explanation video which covers the extra 10 minutes they took. Never had I been so pissed off in my life that I actually almost pee'd my own pants trying to hold my anger in.
