Very rude, poor service, fould language. Yelling my face, pointing in my face, very vile and rude!

We pulled into this companys driveway, the owners wife backed her vehicle into ours.
She immediately got out and started cussing at my nephew who was driving the car.
She called his car a peice of junk (mind you, he did nothing wrong, SHE backed into us)
She refused to exchanged insurance information stating my nephews car was a peice of junk, which it is not. She proceed to yell profanity at him and refused to give information.
I asked her to stop cussing so then her husband who is owner of this business proceeded to yell and cuss in my face. Please note I was a passenger and I was merely asking them to #1 stop cussing, #2 Just please give their insurance information. Both of which they refused to do.
I can honestly say that the owners of this business are probably crazy, may have mental problems I'm not sure but I do know that I would not advise anyone to do business with these people.
I would consider them unstable and and unsafe.
I felt very threatened and violated by their verbal abuse. Very very unprofessional people-more trailer trash.
