Terrible!
They assured me a pick up date, then nothing happened, could not get anybody on the phone, left numerous messages, no reply. Then to top it off, they billed my credit card the $150 for no service rendered. They said they would only take deposit when the vehicle was picked up. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card company plus filing a complaint with the Florida BBB. I encourage this, and maybe this company will be taken out. They already have a stellar rating of D - for the BBB in Florida.
