I bought my PT Cruiser, in march had to put in the shop 3 days after I bought it. I try to return the car but 3 days had past. My engine light came on it ran hot there was a problem with the thermostat. When I called the warrity they was very rude told me I was a paranoid woman. They would not give me a rental. A week to the day that I got it out of the shop, the check engine light came on again. They wanted $50.00 dedutable to even look at it. I called back the very next day, I was told again that I was a paranoid woman, and it was going to cost me a $50.00 to get it looked at. It took three weeks before I was able to get them to wave the $50.00 fee. All the while I was puttinig a quart and a half of oil in the car. When I get it to the shop they tell be that there was nothing wrong and the oil was fine that I did not know what I was talking about. I want to talk with some one in corparte no one would return my calls. I even went back to where I bought it, I was told that I had to talk to someone in warrenty. That never got me any where. I had to get it fixed on my own. The repairs cost me over $1000.00. I stopped making my payment because of the repairs. They call my friends, family, and my boss. I pay them a $200.00 a month. The monthly payments $404.00 They need to be put out of business.
