Markel American Insurance - Tim Anderson
Ripoff won't pay my costs to repair new Harley Davidson and said they don't have to pay anything to me at all!

Had a wreck in Calif on a Harley-Davidson. Went to shop as requested by Ins.Co. And received estimate of $812.66 less $250.00 deduct is $562.66. They also deducted $32.00 estament fees paid to dealer for estimate.

So they sent a check for $530.66 made out to dealer in Calif. And I live in Montana. So now they say to go for another estimate and so on in Montana.

Many phone calls to Tim Anderson and others who are out of office for one thing or another. Now in disgust I have sold my Harley Davidson and the ins.Co said (Tim Anderson) they do not have to pay anything because I sold the Harley.

Now I have paid that damm Insurance for two years and when I have a wreck they won't pay anything at all. Now I am battling them for my balance what I paid, for ins. For a year in advance.
