Lisa Rose Took money for jeep sold but did not delive

I sent money via Western Union to Andrew Palmer in Dallas Texas, a total of $2900.00 to purchase a jeep rubicon that Lisa Rose was selling on Craigslist. Everything seemed legit until I sent the money and have yet to receive my jeep. This was on date 04/27. I have receipts, tracking information via email, invoice number, case id number. Money transfer control number. Filed a complaint thru the IC3 but have not heard anything. I just want my money back, is there anybody out there that can help me out here. Thanks
