We visited the WalMart in Aberdeen South Dakota to obtain new wheels. Whenever we got house we were short a center cover. We named them-and they stated they'd movie people departing with all, plus they declined to displace it. We've never had any issue with your hubcaps before this. When they hadn't completed a poor work of placing them back on I'd nevertheless have four hubcaps. They don't seem to care the reduction was their problem, so long as they didn't actually shed the centre limit or "overlook" to place it back on they wont suppose liability.
