I placed an order and paid for it by credit card. 8 days later I tried
to call and get the status, and could never reach my salesperson.
Another man gave me a tracking number which turned out to be false.
When I finally got hold of my salesperson, he told me the freight
company had taken the order to the wrong location. Then he told me the
freight company was going to charge him more and said he could just
refund me. I told him that I had a customer waiting for (now) 9 days,
and he just needed to get the order going. He said he was going to try
other freight companies, but the next day he said it was a hassle and he
would just refund me. He didn't care that THEIR actions had
inconvenienced me and my company. Looking at the other complaints on Yellowpages.com, the part was probably junk anyway. I am going to post this
complaint on yellowpages.com, usacomplaints.com, BBB.org, etc.
Scum-bags like this need to know that the modern customer has the
internet to voice complaints, and we don't have to tolerate such poor
service.
