I'm from an insurance company plus one of my covered customers hired an automobile from Hertz for 18 times, so when they obtained the statement the have been billed for 18 days of insurance thru Hertz, my covered insisted he and his partner rejected the insurance which Hertz had obtained it upon themselves to include it onto their automobile/bill anyway. Therefore... I'd named the Hertz where they hired the vehicle from and required a duplicate of he CLOSED agreement from my covered so that I will evaluate and come to a decision about shell out and below it's 48-hours later and that I have obtained NOTHING!!! I've named the payment office straight many times and each repetition that I keep in touch with provides me a differnet story about why there's a wait in obtaining this in my experience and just why the can't send it instantly in my experience so when I let them know that I'll not take something significantly less than a faxed copy of the agreement instantly they state please store and before I will claim no don't place me on-hold they've moved me with a absurd voicemail box. This really is appauling customer support and that I personally have discovered NEVER TO opt for Hertz. This really is horrible that they're not prepared to assist and insurance professional particularly...
