Efuses to refund cancelled warranty

January I purchased a extended warranty for Rosen Nissan, in Gurnee. I had the warranty cancelled on April fifth 2010. AS of May 13 I have not received my refund the Advantase warranty said I would be receiving. I have message Rosen Nissan more than once. They refuse to respond to my messages
