On feburary 22 i ordered a volvo b230f 4 cly engine from these people/scumbags. Since march 12 i have been calling and talking to various individuals such as richard thompsom co-owner or so he states, mike, sam so called foreman, larry a shop worker and dean a so called salesman. The 800-575-6998 and the other number 415-738-7388 these i call on a regular basis the latest being 5-3 and talked to richard/"dick" they have told me at least 4 times that my engine was on its way it has never arrived and probably never will. So i have been sending them, at least 50 emails a day demanding my money refunded i now have to purchase an engine from another company so that my customer can have thier car back. These people make it sound like they are doing you a favor when all the while they will keep your money, mine in the amount of $2685.00, they do not return your phone calls and they have only sent one e-mail on 3-30 that the engine was on its way. These people have an "f" rating with the better business bureau, and they are in the midst of numerous lawsuits. They refuse to give a physical address and will continue to mislead and lie
