Gentile conspired with Jared Debehnke and Shannon Woodin Debehnke to fraudulently sell Helping Hand Recovery and Remarketing a/k/a A1A Towing and Recovery, HH Repo, Helping Hand Recovery Inc in July: Gentile obtained a EE license from the Department of Agriculture dispite having felony convictions of check fraud, cocaine possession, and dealing in stolen goods. He obtained license R2900010 via sleezy manipulation of an old friend that only tried to help him and he screwed him in the end.
Along with Jared Debehnke they submitted false info to the Florida Department of Agriculture. He knows the system: I'm sorry to say but the Florida Dept. Of Agriculture which is the governing body of the Repo industry in florida are paper pushers and can't put two and two together.
Short version of the scam:
Gentile changed the name of Helping Hand to A1a Towing and Recovery, sold the company and sold his sponsorship for a year for Jared Debehnke which is required by Florida Statute: Well: you can't sponsor anyone with a EE license in florida. This was the only reason the company was purchased.
I was scammed of $500000: Gentile stole my money, ran and hid: the Debehnke's stole my money ran and hid For a while were both using license repo R2900010.
The Debehnke's got involved with Brian Tuttle of Wellington florida who according to the Palm Beach County Clerk has a 1.5 million dollar IRS lien. Tuttle's daughter married Jared's brother Chris and they reinvented another repo company with the money from my investment. How can someone who claims he is broke invest in a company???
Jared is being arraigned today: driving with a suspended license, speeding, no proof of insurance, and failure to change his address.
Gentile requested the DOA change the name from A1A Towing and Recovery back to Helping Hand and is once again using R2900010 He is using Gerard Burnette as his sponsor. Gerald Burnette has the E license for this reinvented company by Gentile: Helping Hand: Burnette is known in the industry for absentee sponsorship. He acted as the front sponsor for the DOA when Gentile and Debehnke scammed me.
So, Gentile and the Debehnke's scammed out me out of $50000.00 I want my money returned and I will not go away until this happens.
I wouldn't trust this company with my business.
