Stopped by Binghamton, NY Dick's to pick up a Frog-Toggs cooling towel. Was unable to find it in the store. A clerk saw us wandering and immediately asked to help. Took us right to the spot and stayed to answer any questions. Was most courteous. We like the product so much we plan to go back and buy more to use as gifts.
