On the night of April 22 my husband called Thompson regarding a 2010 Dodge Avenger car listed on line we where told to come in and speak with a sales person the car was listed at 23,000 and some change. Ok that was fine, when we arrived we where given a different total the car is now 25,000 and some change, payment would be $400. I said no thank you, and then the sales person jumped in tried to explain the price of the car lied about what was said over the phone the manager was extremely rude, number one. So we left next day I was told the car was lowered in price. I went back to the dealer the experience was extremely bad never in my life have we dealt with such rude people was never shown the operations of the car nothing. Well we purchased the car the very next day my check engine light comes on I called the Sally Vicarini before I could say what the problem was she new. I feel I was wronged she never once stated any problems with car before the purchase. I had to take the car back to the dealer was not allowed to return the car. The car as of today is still in the shop. I was told by the Ron the Sales Manager this would be an easy fix. This 2010 Dodge Avenger part could not be repaired, they now have to order and it takes a week to fix. My husband has spoken with the owner of the dealership and he has not responded to the call. I was told by the service depart there is nothing that can be done just drive the rental until it’s fixed and have a nice day.
