I went in for a brake job (not expecting to pay $100, but still less than a dealership job).
By the end, they had stripped an axle nut, trashed the front drivers joint and bearings, and still owe me over $500 in reimbursements from having the situation corrected at the dealership.
The total damage to my car is around $900.
My 97 Acura CL went through the ringer, and they are claiming that they wanted to do ALL the repairs themselves, so they don't want to pay the $500.
I have heard more and more horror stories about this company, and don't want anyone to fall into the same trap.
This happened at the S. Cooper store in Arlington, TX.
