Used to donot expect such poor support from advantages. I named 1800PICKUPS to deliver a bundle via UPS ground and offered the handle (in Ny). I expected them in the future between 6-7 pm (7 pm is last collection period for following day shipping), they stated good, and did not appear. I named that night, and questioned why, and was informed they arrived but "the bundle wasn't prepared". This really is clearly incorrect, because the doorman might have called us. I resceheduled for that same time following day. I subsequently get a phone (from the UPS area within the town) each morning stating that I can't routine this type of period in Ny (and also the 1800PICKUPS affiliates don't understand this [umm, perhaps advantages must make certain they advise their people]), which the collection might happen anytime within the evening before 7 pm. I said okay good. I created the nanny delay all day long athome, plus they did't appear. I named three times throughout the day, plus three times towards the doorman, but was informed they'dnot come however, but might before 7 pm. I named at 6:30 pm again, plus they sent some type of a monitor demand. I named right after it had been 7 pm, even though I'm about the telephone the man turns up (at 7:05pm). He requires my bundle (I have to load the shape which he introduced, therefore by that point it is 7:20pm). I then monitor the bundle, and that I discover that it had been sent at 10 pm *the following day*, therefore it requires an additional day to provide (really, additional business-day).
This isn't the very first time I Have delivered anything via UPS ground. I have had issues before, but never so poor (I wasn't in Ny formerly, therefore perhaps it is especially poor below). I'm *never* likely to deliver something via UPS. Never. And that I will distribute the term...
