Poor customer service

I bought a fresh mazda cx9 and 14 days later the vehicle started having issues. I got it for the dealership service department also it was there for more than 2 months. First they changed an abs control module which didnt repair the problem. Next they relaced the trunk differential which didnt repair the problem. As the car was expecting another do the repair received $2500 worth of hail damage about the store ton. I had been so upset and that i had yet to get any calls form the dealer itself even though that i'd made telephone calls and sent letters concerning my issue. Therefore at the moment i told the service manager i had been through and told him i did so not want this vehicle i needed a fresh one in the place of the defective one and that i indicated our dissatisfaction with the customer service and how that nobody had even recognized i had been having issues. Therefore he'd the director david duncan contact me at the office. Mr duncan wasn't concerned that i had been having issues he appeared frustrated he needed to call me whatsoever. I tried to describe our discontent in the manner things were being handled but he turned annoyed and said he was aware of the problem but he didn't have time to argue with me about this. He never offered an apology or concern. When i asked him concerning the hail damage he returned into being conscious of the damage but he wasn't likely to argue about the problem. I recognized i had been getting nowhere and that i expected him to call me when he'd some concept of how this may be exercised. The following phone i received was in the service director showing me they replaced the pto which controls the awd system which fixed the issue. After i expected when the hail damage have been looked after i had been informed that i'd need to statement my insurance for that. I requested to talk to mr duncan but was knowledgeable he no further wanted to consult with me about the problem. Used to do not wish to get the vehicle but i'd no choice for my hands were tied. After i acquired the vehicle i again asked for an apology from mr duncan and was told he didn't need to discuss this matter any more. How is that for customer support? I've never been treated so rudely by everyone. I'm a devoted client that has bought 3 vehicles in the duncan community previously three years and that i believed i had been buying from the reputable dealer who was worried about its customers and loved them nevertheless i had been wrong. Why could i be treated so badly when all i've done is support this dealer? I understand that challenging a brand new car at the moment might be uncommon but i had been no further requesting that i simply wanted this dealer to cover the hail problems and provide me some concern and an apology-is the fact that a great deal to request?!!
