Meador is practicing what we believe is immoral business practices. They sent emails and made phone calls stating the price of the truck we were to purchase, and having seen the vehicle agreed on a price. We made a follow up call prior to driving out to make the purchase, and were told the pricing had changed by $2000. We were given a stock number and list of options that the vehicle had installed. When the truck was given for test drive overnight it was not the vehicle described and was missing several options. Upon asking about the missing options we were told that it would cost us an additional $800. We were unable to finance that evening due to banking hours, but we set out vehicle trade amount, purchase price of the truck, and financing terms that we would agree to. The following day we were contacted to tell us that they couldnt meet the financing terms and that they had no paperwork written up on our agreement, although we had talked to the sales person (Dominic) and the Sales Manger (Blake) stating these numbers. I informed the finance department of the errors and the terms that we would agree to. At that time the finance personnel told us they would go back to their lenders and contact us in five to ten minutes with their results.instead we received a call from Sales Manager informing us that we needed to return the vehicle ASAP, with no explanation. We told the dealership that they could come and get their vehicle no later than 7 o'clock that evening, but have small children that they would be disturbing if they arrived later than that. They called us at 7:05 to ask if they could come to our house at 8:00 in the evening to return our vehicle and pick theirs up. We contacted the General Manger (Ken Purnell) with our complaints and have not been contacted regarding the issues we faced. Stay away from these guys they are using all of the tricks in the handbook.
