Bob the owner of fenway auto sales in Haverhill Ma on Route 125 sold me a 1998 Red Navigator and under Mass law it has the lemon law the car was only a 97,140 miles. It did not pass inspection because it was missing the lf mainfold stud Bob associate sends me to a gas station in plastow nh and the total comes to $80 Bob says another mechanic can do it for half that price so he will split the cost with me. I did not want to go back and worth I say ok. It has been over 12 days no money has been sent a nd also he wont answer my calls or text or emails. Please send me my $40 dollars before I go to the attorny general of the state. The car is still under warranrty and there fines and court cost. Just send me my $40 thats all I want.
