They post on their website "All messages and Emails will be answered by the next business day!" I have been waiting several days for a response to my calls and emails. After telling me that my card was not accepted, they charged my card 5 times. It overdrew my account and I am still unable to buy food for my family. After more research, I discovered that there are many dissatisfied customers. They simply don't care.
I have never filed a complaint about any company, but felt that their ambivalence and thievery needs to be exposed.
