I went to Bar None on the web and applied for a loan. I recieved a E-mail on march 30 telling me I was qualified all I had to do is bring in my trade in. I was contact by Caitlin Keller by phone and E-mail. I explained to her all I had was my trade in. She told me that was fine and that she had my vehicle of choice. I wanted a chevy surburban and trade my chevy surburban. I had to travel a hour away to Pennsylvania. The next morning she called as I was in route to there dealership. When I arrived a man named bob was standing outside smoking a cigarette. I told him that I had an appointment. He told me to hold on and went inside. He never came back so we got out and started looking at the vehicles. We eventually went inside. The same guy came and assisted us. He left again for about thirty minutes. When he came back he claimed they were extremely busy but we were the only people there.
