On March 22 I visited the Raceway #936 stop for gasoline. I noticed an indication the push charge card reader was damaged. I went inside to provide the worker (3-22, period 17:39: 43 Tran#13106; Reg: 0001 CSH: 002 DR#01) my charge card. I proceeded to hold back while she talked having a guy about purchasing some illegitimate dvds that have been only released films. I had been the only real client waiting. Lastly she requires "just how much" - I stated load it-up and he or she said 'provide mean amount'. Used to do, went outside to push - the push would not function and returned inside wherever she proceeded to shout (while this guy was there that she was performing company with) "you clearly have no idea that which you are performing" and "I am likely to need to re issue you a credit and operate the deal again". She is voicing in an exceedingly rude way. Actually the person stated 'I will examine you out later" and quit. She proceeded to complete her transacations, and also to show me just how to run the push while which makes it recognized (by her speech) that she was really upset that she'd togo in to the problem. She passed me my bill and that I went out.
This worker was doing illegal company while operating at your institution. She must attend a-class on Customer Support. Easily might help it, I'll not go back to Raceway #936 again.
