First, I'd like to begin by stating "I am so furious!" I purchased a 1 week previously out in Apollo PA. The vehicle dealer reduced my brain providing me a few months free guarantee. 5 days after I'd the vehicle, I dropped all the gas! I got the vehicle to Pep Boys (who have been fantastic) this is among the locations shown about the guarantee where I really could go. Pep Boys rapidly found it had been an oil container flow. They approached c.A.R.S. And were advised to send over a summary of what required mounted and exactly why. The finish of your day I named Pep Boys plus they recommended me that c.A.R.S. Never delivered a call for them. It was today day 1 of work I skipped. 24 hours later, I named Pep Boys and was informed again they nevertheless haven't obtained a call-back from c.A.R.S. I then called the guarantee company. Whoa, discuss bad customer support!!! I had been placed on store five times before I really could actually escape 1 phrase. I questioned why they did not return a contact to Pep Boys and John (who had beennot really personable about the telephone) stated "we never obtained a fax". I waited a couple of hours and named c.A.R.S. Again... John at c.A.R. S explained again "no, never got the fax". I was now furious. I enjoyed games with this specific location for just two times. The paper-work needed to be faxed three times. I thought want it was a show work!!! About the guarantee up-top, it obviously suggests "fat pan" is just a protected product. I had been surprised when Pep Boys named me at the conclusion of morning 2 to express that c.A.R. S refused the state!!! Pep Boys requested John at c.A.R.
